Okay, so I didn't really stick to the plan yesterday but I did avoid some common pitfalls. Only had one cup of tea all day and then one at night - with only one small spoon of sugar each. Had ony 2 slices of bread but might have spoilt it all by having spaghetti for dinner.
Today was a lot better - got a bit of exercise in. Not the gym kind - but running loads of errands with two toddlers. I had (yucky) healthy cereal and milk for breakfast - and only half my cup of tea - it just doesn't taste as good without sugar. Only a couple glasses of water and a chicken sandwich for lunch. But will try to end the day on a better note.
Aim for tomorrow - to do some menu planning and find out more about what I SHOULD be eating rather than guessing. Also to start thinking about some kind of exercise regimen, that I can stick to. Good luck to all of you Future M.I.L.F.'s - will weigh in tomorrow but not expecting too much considering my poor effort this week.

Have you tried using Splenda in your tea instead of sugar.... then you can drink as much as you want.
Also, don't skip meals. I know this is hard, I tend to skip breakfast often. But I have found that if i try to skip meals i just end up eating WAY too much at the next meal and my torturous efforts end up spoiled anyways. Also if you try snacks and especially breakfast that is high in protein it will keep you satisfied longer than all carbs.
But don't deprive yourself of carbs if you love them (like I do) you will just end up bingeing. If you haven't already check out weight watchers online..... worth every penny!!
Good luck this week!!
Good luck! I find getting back into the swing of things is very difficult. However, once I am there it is much easier. I stuggle with giving up junk food. I just love it, and miss it SO much when it is gone!
Just being aware is keeping you from gaining! Think of that way and keep on keeping on!
I spent years failing at every diet I tried, simply because the food tasted too damn good and because I was too damn lazy. Now I realize that if I'm going to be a good role model for my kids I'm going to have to do this.
You'll do fine...just try to figure out what your motivation is. I'm here for you!
