Sad Sad Eating Day

Well I meant to post this yesterday, but again I find myself awake at 3am and I am embarssed to list what I ate - but very happy as well. Isn't it strange that you can walk around in denial about your eating habits, but when you actually put it in black and white ...

Had a tuna sandwich for lunch - skipped breakfast. Had two iced doughnuts as a mid-afternoon snack, with my second cup of tea...total 4 teaspoons of sugar thus far. An egg sandwich for dinner -fried egg (did I mention I like bread), with another cup of tea. I have just had a couple slices of toast with butter and yet another sugar laced cup of tea.

In my defence (or the usual excuse/ justification), I haven't been to the supermarket so it was hard to find healthy stuff...no need to tell everyone that I had broccoli, peas, corn in the fridge - chicken breasts and fish in the freezer - apples and oranges -and that I was too lazy to cook...and the bread and doughnuts were easier. I will be better tomorrow, which is really today - must change the time on this blog to UK.

Healthy breakfast with either sugar-less tea or no tea. Steamed veg. and chicken breasts for lunch. Fresh fruit as a snack - lots of water. I promise to try to stick to this. Should throw out the rest of the loaf now.

Supermarket stock up is KEY! I'm still not totally on plan. I figure I'm working out the kinks. But cause my fridge is stocked with Weight Watcher type goodies I think I'm holding the bingey at bay. Better than I would if it were only coke and cold pizza in the fridge as usual! I'm adding you to the MILF roll now. Remember it's not a race, we are just helping each other keep on keeping on!
