A bit Absent

Have been a bit busy this weekend and haven't really had a chance to blog - but I have been keeping tabs on this eating business and I have been getting into a bit of exercising. I also got comments -yea - which I have to say was very exciting.

I am thoroughly enjoying reading your blogs by the way(other future MILF) and its absolutley great knowing that you are all there making sacrifices and woking towards being healthier and happier. I also find your blogs very entertaining - don't need to borrow books from the library anymore and I have been ignoring my sitcoms.

So there was no real change in my weight from my first measurement and I am working up the courage to actually put the numbers in here, which I think will be good for me. I have stocked up my fridge and I have been doing the little things (thanks for the advice) - no 'bad' snacks, making sure I have a good breakfast, not skipping meals, drinking lots of water, splenda in my tea (and I have cut back as well), preparing meals in advance - so I am not tempted to have fast food or eat something bad. Gonna start walking and I would like to join the gym in a few weeks - I am waiting a bit, cos I don't feel completely motivated yet and if I join and not go, I'll just feel guilty. SO hopefully in the next couple weeks I'll get into a few classes .

baby steps, baby steps, baby steps. I never took them before and I ALWAYS failed. I think you're doing the right thing.
